Orders are prepared within 1–2 processing days after payment is confirmed. Processing days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated delivery is 7–10 delivery days after dispatch. Delivery days are counted Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier or customs delays may affect the actual arrival date.
Every dispatched order is provided with tracking information, sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking details, contact info@marnhold.com with your order number.
9. International Orders, Customs and Taxes
Shipping is free on all orders to destinations available at checkout, with no minimum spend. MARNHOLD covers outbound shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges. You should not be asked to pay additional delivery or import charges on receipt. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size or model selections, or where the customer simply no longer wishes to keep the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
